RETURN POLICY

Return Policy for Elevated Board Games

Thank you for shopping with our online board game store (hereinafter referred to as "the Store"). This Return Policy outlines our guidelines for returning products purchased through our website. By making a purchase, you agree to adhere to the terms outlined below.

 

Eligibility for Returns:

  • We accept returns on products that meet the following criteria:

  • The item is in its original condition, unopened, and with all original packaging.

  • The return request is initiated within 14 days of the purchase date.

  • Non-Returnable Items:

  • The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Opened or used board games.

  • Products with visible signs of wear or damage.

  • Digital or downloadable content.

 

Return Process:

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  • Contact our customer support team at elevatedboardgames@gmail.com to request a return authorization.

  • Pack the item securely in its original packaging.

  • Include a copy of the original order confirmation or packing slip.

  • Clearly mark the return authorization number on the outside of the package.

  • Ship the package to the address provided by our customer support team.

 

Return Shipping Costs:
Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping, except in cases where the return is due to an error on our part or a defective product. We recommend using a trackable shipping method for returns.

 

Refund Process:
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process the refund within 30 business days. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

 

Restocking Fee:
A restocking fee may be applied for returns that do not meet the eligibility criteria. The restocking fee, if applicable, will be deducted from the refund amount.

 

Damaged or Defective Items:

Cancellations:
